Welcome to the Web Room Booking service

This service is for non-teaching bookings only. For all teaching bookings please contact the Timetable Office [who & how to contact]

This service is available to all DMU staff and allows you to make adhoc bookings for meetings,
or recording/delivering online content using classroom equipment, where no students will be attending in person.

Bookings are normally scheduled and confirmed on the day submitted.

You will receive automatic emails for all your booking confirmations and cancellations.

  • Input preferences and parameters and to view a list of available rooms that meet your criteria

  • Select the room you prefer

  • Submit a booking request for single or multiple days and weeks (max. 5 weeks)

  • Cancel a booking

  • View the status of all your bookings from the current date - via 'my bookings'
